Meetings

The committee reviewed and expressed its opinion on 343 procurement requests during 87 meetings in 2022.

The most important recommendations issued

• Consolidate repeated purchases in the same year into a single procurement process and avoid splitting purchases ;
• Execution of framework contracts for recurrent purchases ;
• Completion of all possible annexes to the agreements concluded to include additional purchases on the original contracts, such as: guard contracts, cleaning
contracts, and contracts for landscaping ;
• Activate the inventory tracking application for proper management of stored materials ;
• Activate the car maintenance follow-up application for proper disposal of petrol receipts and maintenance of cars and trucks.
